Poem: February Sixteenth

Better late than never
Better to have loved and lost
Better to give a penny then lend twenty.
Better no doctor at all than three.
Better to be safe than sorry.
Better to light a candle than to curse the darkness.
Better wear out shoes than sheets.
Better the devil you know than the devil you don’t know.
Better to be a male for one day than a female for ten.
Better to be born a beggar than a fool.
Better to conceal one’s knowledge than to reveal one’s ignorance.
Better to be feared than loved.

Just so much betterness in this world…

Better to Remain Silent and Be Thought a Fool than to Speak and Remove All Doubt.
