Poem: February Twenty-sixth

hollow hope
hardly holds
hallowed hearts

shallow shadows
silently stirring
somber souls

beaten beggars
borrowing blessings
bloated bodies

who willingly
wants wisdom
when wishing?

inadvertently I
innocently inculcate
individual idiots

dainty damsels
damned distraction
dissuades discourse

anon and anon
another attempt
at anything…

Shall we have a conversation?
