Poem: Lunar

she rises brightly
awakening dreams
stirring anew hope’s
forgotten longing.

she lingers nightly,
or perhaps she seems,
shedding silk white robes;
staying til morning.

she escapes lightly
flowering moonbeams
at sunrise elopes
gone to the dawning

she moves silently,
circling supreme,
not bound by love’s oaths
eternally haunting.

Shall we have a conversation?
