Poem: December Eighteenth

There is bliss in
voices conjoined.
Young and old raising
voices to the rafters.

Hark these mortal angels singing
down among us on mundane earth;
soaring song spirits lifting
hearts in fellowship and joy.

peace to us and goodwill;
peace to us everlasting;
peace to us
fear not the choice sings
OH sweet promise of peace…

Please I pray:
Just keep singing!

    I used to belong to a choir… however not being as sophisticated as others in the group (after about 15 years in two different groups) I gave it up publicly.

    Now I more or less enjoy listening to nature sing.

    Merry lights and Happy New Year!
    Thanks for stopping by.
