1. I don’t get the eucalyptus connection. I have a childhood memory about eucalyptus oil. No, wait, two memories. I have two.

   This and the rest about spices are very evocative. We just sometimes don’t overlap.

   • I find cardamom has a eucalyptus tone to the flavour. Possibly just me. Funny how different foods can leave different impressions on our tastebuds!
