Poem: One

(For National Poetry Month I am writing a stream-of-conscious poem per day. Each poem is  a spontaneous poem single edit – could get messy!  Here is Poem #28.)

One
is always
all alone
single
in it’s home

One
is never
ever more
than just
the one they are

One
is also
all there is
when gathered
as a whole

One
gets bigger
not by count
but by the
way we see.

Shall we have a conversation?
